14K Yellow Gold/Silver Makume-Gane Tourmaline & Diamond Pendant

This unique pendant features gold and silver layered into a one-of-a-kind pattern. A pronged diamond swirl highlights the pink and green color transition of the watermelon tourmaline center.  Mokume–gane is a Japanese metalworking procedure which produces these distinctive layered patterns.  Mokume–gane translates closely to “wood grain metal” or “wood eye metal” and describes the way metal takes on the appearance of natural wood grain.
