Online Pricing

We cannot be held responsible for any information available on this website that is not complete, accurate, or current. 

Special Order & Backorder

Special orders are crafted to meet your stated specifications and as such are all sales final, ineligible for return or refund.
Payment in full is required upon approval of design.
Once designs are approved and payment collected, cancellations and changes cannot be accepted.

Custom Design

To start the design process for your special order, please contact one of our diamond and jewelry experts. Our Diamond and Jewelry Consultant will go through the special order process and work with you to turn your ideas and inspiration into a design concept. Special orders can be available for diamonds not purchased from Golden Creations. We cannot guarantee any diamonds not purchased from Golden Creations. We encourage the 100% use of our materials to ensure the finest quality from Golden Creations.

Once the special order inquiry is received, we will assist with design details and provide a complimentary price quote with no obligation to order. Price quotes are valid for two weeks after they are sent and are subject to change after the two week period has ended.

Golden Creations will provide for you a Computer Aided Design (CAD) of your order to view on our Facebook platform. The CAD offers a preview to the final end product. This preview, in no way, gives permission to the customer or a third party to replicate any design from Golden Creations hereby deemed as intellectual property. Although design concepts may overlap, Golden Creations will not intentionally copy the exact design that infringes on another designers idea.

Once you have reviewed the Computer Aided Design (CAD) and confirmed your design approval, we will request payment in full and your order will be processed. Our master jeweler will then commence production and craft your one-of-a-kind design. Special orders are designed to meet Golden Creations stringent quality standards and are covered by Golden Creations Product Warranty. If there is confirmation of a material or structural integrity defect, we will provide the necessary services to ensure that the custom design is repaired or replaced, as appropriate, to meet our stringent quality assurance standards.


Pickup & Layaway Policy

In-Store Pickup

We offer In-Store pickup at no additional cost. All online purchases may be picked up in-store as a layaway. Simply select In-Store Pickup during checkout and provide your name when entering the store. Your item will be ready for pickup once it has been processed. If you arrive before your order has been processed, a delay may occur as we complete the sale and package your purchase.

Curbside Pickup

As a courtesy, we offer curbside pickup for online purchased items and repair services. Please select Curbside Pickup during checkout. Additional instructions will be provided when your order or repair is ready, including a repair tracking number and a phone number to call when you arrive in-front of the store to verify your information.


Shipping Policy

Shipping costs

Shipping to all destinations in the United States is Insured and provided though the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS). Free shipping is included with all combined orders over $200.00 USD.

Processing & Delivery times

Orders are processed daily at 10AM EST, Monday through Saturday and passed to the carrier on the evening of processing. Customers will receive an email update when their order has processed and a second update the following business day after their order has shipped along with a tracking number. Depending on the destination, packages will arrive within 1-7 business days after the order has been processed.

Missing or lost package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception, and most of the times it is out of our control. Please contact Golden Creations if you package does not arrive. We will use the tracking information, if lost, so that we may properly investigate the missing item and prepare a replacement shipment as soon as possible. Due to the unique customized nature of our stock, replacement items may take longer to arrive than originally anticipated.

International shipping

At this time, Golden Creations will not ship outside of the United States.


Return Policy

Online Returns can be issued for the original value of the item or items within 15 days of the original purchase in our Murrysville location to the original purchaser with a receipt. After 15 days, gifts may be exchanged in-store for online and/or store credit. Please contact us for detailed information about the correct and secure way to return your item. Some exclusions apply, including custom designed, modified and special ordered items. Your satisfaction is our priority.
