WHY DID GOLDEN CREATIONS CLOSE?
As we completed our 35th year, we realize that Frank was the heart of the store. To best serve the community, our family, and Frank’s legacy, we have come to the conclusion that closing the storefront was in everyone’s best interest.
WILL ANOTHER STORE BE OPENING?
There are no plans to open a new location.
WHO WERE THE EXTRA EMPLOYEES IN THE SHOWROOM?
We had family and friends who are knowledgeable with either the business or the jewelry industry helping to close out our showroom before the end of our lease.
WHERE CAN I HAVE MY JEWELRY SERVICED IN THE FUTURE?
At this time, we recommend visiting Garcia Jewelers at 717 Liberty Avenue, Clark Building, 3rd Floor, Pittsburgh, PA, 15222. The Garcias are trusted family members and will treat you with the same quality and service you have come to expect from Frank and his family.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
All sales made on or after June 16, 2025 are final.
WHAT ABOUT MY GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDIT?
All gift cards and store credit have been used or rectified during our final sales according to the records Frank left behind.
WHERE CAN I GET A COPY OF MY APPRAISAL?
Previously completed appraisals may be requested in PDF format through our website after the showroom has closed. Please allow 14 business days for processing. All information will be provided as-is, without any updates for current market value. All weight and gemstone quality notations will be sufficient for replacement purposes. We are unable to generate any new appraisals.

Golden Creations closed its doors on August 16, 2025.

All designs that were in production have been finalized as of October

Online sales have been suspended as we complete inventory and determine what will be melted, consigned, or sold to other stores.
